I am trying to find out the requirements to marry in north carolina. I am also looking to make friends with people in similar situation as myself, It would be nice to be able to talk to someone that understands all of this

Your man can ask the chaplain for the forms then have some sent to you. I'm here if you need to talk. What prison is your man located in?
