Where do they hold them before being departed?

My fiance is incarcerated at Santa Barbara County and is going to be deported does anyone know where he might be held at before getting deported?

When my hubby was picked up from Ventura, he was at the Los Angeles Facility in Downtown LA, he got picked up on a Friday, and was there till Tuesday, let me tell you, he says it's really bad there, they sleep on cement floor, no blanket no pillow no nothing, the food sucks there. Then on Tuesday he was transferred to Mira Loma Detention Center in Lancaster. But I think that the way it is, if you aren't fighting the case you get deported from LA.

do you know the name of the on the one in down town Los Angeles and can they make phone calls and is there visitations? and also how long was he in Lancaster 4? My fiance wants me to meet him in TJ Mexico when he gets deported. but I cant go on a week day cuz I work. and i cant afford a plane ticket so I have to get one of his family members from La to go with me.. AHHHH so stressful.
Oh and do you know when you get to the holding
cell if you get an opertunity to see what you bond is before signg a vd?

I don't know the name of the one in LA, but it's right by Placita Olvera, off Los Angeles Ave ( I think that's the name of the street) it's tight after Broadway St. Make sure he's go tmoney on his books her in county, so when he gets picked up he can call you from there, they have payphpones there, and he can buy calling cards there. The phone number there is (213)830-4925. You get to visit with them for about 15 minutes a day, Mon - Fri while they are there. From like 2pm - 5pm (I think). Hmmm what else oh as far as how much the bond is, if he is eligeble for ine they will tel lhim there. And if not when he gets to Lancaster or wherever they send him he will have a bond hearing. Now let me tell you the bonds for immigratoin are NOT like the bonds in county where you just pay 10%. Not here, unless you own a home you can use as collateral. My hubby's bond was 5K, and we had to pay all $5,000. Once he's in Lancaster the visits are Sat & Sun. you can eithre go 1 day for 1 hour, or go both days for 1/2 hr each day. I would go every Sat & Sun for 1/2 hr visists each day. I would drive 2 hrs each way every weekend to be able to see him. Oh one more thing when he's in LA you can give him $40 cash, trust me he will need money there kuz the food sucks.

No because my fiance is saying hes just going to vd, because he doesnt want to wait and wants to see me. Hes being inpaitent and I only have 3,000 so I cant afford an attorney.he wants me to visit him on the weekend when he gets deported. Im really not looking forward to going to mexico to visit him until we find away to bring him back.
