Hello ladies not sure if there is thread about this i couldnt find one if there was...How long have you guys been riding out this long bid and how much longer you ladies have left

My husband has been incarcarated since December 13, 2007

and he will be eligible for Parole in

2020

his Max date is

September 22, 2022

Lets see my man has been doing time for 3 yrs now... we got 9 to go... i juz pray that the 85% law drops to 65% and then he will come home 2 yrs sooner...but im not gonna get my hopes high.. im juz gonna stay strong.. cuz we in this together

My man's been down for just over a year, and he's got 2 left but there might be an appeal in the works since was originally lookin at 15-Life due to ACCA (armed career criminal act) sooo hopefully it'll stay with just under 2 and I won't have to worry about that. I don't know if they can do an appeal like that... but I hope it's not true.

I have been waiting for almost 2 years now but I got up to 11 more years to go. Max out is 2021. So I got awhile to go. But I am sticking by his side and riding it all the way out. I hope it want be that long and I keep praying I know god will see a way for us to be togather soon!!! We will have our time

Ok...let's see...My fiancee has been in since March 21, 2009...His EOS date is November 7, 2013...he orginally got 15 years...after he gets good time and is through will all of his programs we are hoping for somewhere in the area of 18 months to 2 years left. Keep your head up ladies and stay strong. God Bless everybody and their loved ones.

He has been in for 9 years and hopefully will be released in April 2017. We just started out as MWI's and this waiting period has been very tough, as I am doing the best that I can to stick with him though all of this.

Went in, in March 09 & got sentenced to 36months..not sure exactly how much of that he's goin to do =/

My husband was arrested March 6, 2009. He got 20 years. With good time, he will serve 13 years and 4 months. We are at the beginning of our long sentence. I am waiting "patiently" for visitation approval. And to add to the frustration, I recently found out I have cancer. It's a long road ahead for the both of us. But I know God is on our side. Question, how do I find out when his release date is?

He's been in almost two, and hoping with good time etc.(so far so good) he will be out in about two...if not then two and a half!!! Almost to the half way point, that is my goal!!

wow..how does he have 2.5-3 years total on a 15 yr sentence? 50% would still be 7.5 years??

He's been in since the end of 2005..we got back together in 2007 and he will be getting out in April 2019.

He's been in for 20 years, got 10 more until parole....Does anyone out there know how much good time he's got racked up? I can't figure this out...or where do I go to figure this out? He doesn't even know, which is crazy. Help!

2 years down - 26 more until his ERD. He has a 35-55 year sentence.

It will truly be a blessing if either of us lives long enough until his ERD (we are in our middle 50s).
