Upcoming federal appeals hearing for california death row inmate kenneth clair

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post, but an important one. I am here to tell everyone about an important upcoming event that is happening in Pasadena, California on October 1st, 2009, at 9:30 AM.
Kenneth Clair an inmate sitting on California's Death Row for over 23+ years for a crime the Orange County District Attorney's office knows he did not commit, because they had the DNA evidence, and the witness testimony to prove Mister Clair's innocence. But, the DA intentionally surpressed evidence in the case until recently discovered by a private investigator.

The Federal judges have reviewed and accepted all 47 pieces of evidence including surpressed evidence and the newly revealed DNA evidence. They have called a hearing to demand the justicification for keeping Mister Clair in custody. One of 2 things will happen at this hearing, they will order Mister Clair's immediate release, or they will order Mister Clair sent back down to Orange County for retrial.
We are asking that you pass the word, and come out in full force to support this innocent mans release. Demand justice. Demand compassion. Demand they do the right thing!!! Let your voice be heard. It has been too long in coming. COME OUT IN SUPPORT!!! THANK YOU, I HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

I wish I could be there to lend my support to Mr. Clair ! I will however be praying for him! Thank you for letting us know about this !
