Question Have questions about naturalization?

my fiance was sentences 5-8 on thursday and I guess there could be an issue with INS. But he came here from Jamaica when he was 7 and I believe that hes under his mothers naturalization. Can he still be deported? He doesnt speak to his mother anymore so I dont know what to do??? can someone help me?

If she became a citizen before he turned 18, then he qualified for automatic citizenship. However, there is a form that has to be filled out for this. Many people are unaware of it or don't do it for whatever reason.
Sometimes an attorney can fix this after the fact. I would get to an attorney as soon as possible to find out how to go about it. It may require contacting the mother or there may be another way for the attorney to get what he needs.

I agree. Please make sure to hire an Immigration attorney. It is a highly specialized area of law and most lawyers do not know these laws!
