Default Actual Time Served.

I have a question for all. Im not used to this prison system thing. This is the first time I have had to deal with such a situation. Let me start off by giving some back ground info on my fiance. Hes 25 years old. Got in a dui bodily injury accident. First offense. He had a clean record prior to the incident. He was sentenced to 2 years in state prison here in California. It was a felony DUI. what is the actual time he is going to serve? hes also been waiting at a county jail for a transfer to a prison. can anyone help me sort the "actual time served" thing. im really confused!

I think in California they serve 65% of their sentence, but I could be wrong. Also, if it's like Florida, you get day for day for any county time applied to your sentence.
