JCI phones - Do they "go down a lot"?

Is it just me, or do JCI's phones "go down a lot"? He hasn't been there long, but Friday and today(Monday) the phones were down. He calls like clockwork and he says they are broken, but I want to know if any of your men have this problem? Thanks for the help girls!

All the time... I believe its because they are so old
