My husband has just been sent there ...to Aiken but what prisons are actually located there and if anyone can give me any info on what the rules and regulations are that would be a blessing

My brother is in Aiken. He doesn't like it as well as Campbell. They seem to be more strick there. Mom and I are going to visit in a couple of weeks.

There are 2 relatively close together.
Lower Savannah is a prerelease camp. Laid back.

Trenton is a level 2 yard. I was in Trenton. It depends on the dorm assignment how your stay will be. 1 is for the YOA offenders. Crazy. 2 is for inmates who have lost privledges. Also kind of crazy. 3 Is for PI workers. Safest place to be. Food is terrible, guards are strict all movement is controlled. I was glad to leave.

well my husband said hes in a dorm where he is able to walk in and out of. And where he can possibly get a job..which level could that possibly be?

He is in Lower Savannah. Check the scdc website. They should have his location. Yes, he can get a job there. They have rules about how long you work for free before you can get paid but I've heard it is a good place. Food is better than normal, no fences. Time will go fast.
