Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

i recently wrote a research paper for anatomy & physiology. we had to pick a drug (medicinal or ellicit), consult medical journals only, and write 5+ pages on how it affects the users brain, side effects, the history of the drug, how it affects society in general, etc etc. so i picked methamphetamine b/c its the drug my hubby and so many of our friends and family have struggled with and thought it would be good to be even more educated on it.

my hubbys very very supportive of me going back to school and from time to time, i'll send him copies of papers i have to write. i wanted to send him this paper for sure and was looking forward to hearing what he thought about it....weeks go by after i mailed it...finally he gets a slip in the mail that says he can't have the report because it's drug related and unauthorized or something like that.

how stupid. i doubt they even read it. they probly saw "methamphetamine" in big bold letters on the cover page and freaked out. heaven for bid i try to share some educational information with him. we didn't get mad about it but it's ridiculous what they consider to be inappropriate.

Yeah, it's crazy how they deem things unappropriate at the mail person's discretion. I just finished my degree in criminal justice and have also sent my loved one my papers. He's very supportive and loves reading them. He is constantly telling me to send all of my papers to him. He soaks them up, as his life depends on them. I'm just glad I can take his mind off the bad and bring a little joy. Keep up the good work. School will pay in the long run and believe it or not, having so many research papers to do, kept my mind occupied a little and helped the time go by faster. Be blessed. Peace Unto You!

well hey, congratulations on your degree!! i bet that was a huge feeling of accomplishment for you! i'm on winter break now but when school starts back mid jan, i'll be still working my full time day job plus taking 2 night classes...i just KNOW that'll help 4 months fly by like "that".
