is there anything decent about lawton?

i have become friends with a guy in lawton correctional facility so i have been reading up about the place. now i'm worried sick. i know prison is'nt a good place but it seems like lawton is the worst of the worst. evreything i have read has been extreamly negative. is there anything about lcf that is not the worst? can someone tell me something positive about the place?

Lisamarie, Hello and Welcome to PTO!
Although I wish I could offer you some encouraging words in regards to LCF.. I am sorry to say I can not. Everything that you have read on LCF is probably pretty much true. LCF has a bad rep for a reason.. although, I've been informed by numerous inmates that I've known over the years that have been there back when it was ran by wackenhut state that it has definetly improved over time but not by much. The only advice I can offer you is to stay strong for yourself and your friend and encourage him to stay in his own lane and remain focused on him.
