Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

If you are in CA there is a group that is very organized and working on getting back family visits. They are Restore CA Family Visits

I'm confused, there are several petitions for family visit's my question is are all the signatures gathered being combined? are we not meeting the signature requirement do to people thinking they've already signed this petition? just want to make sure we're all on the same page.

Yes, good questions Jeswanabhiswyf & Alyzza...I have signed this (or one one like it) year after year and although I will keep doing so, I can't help but wonder....

Who is operating/controlling/handling this petition? Does it EVER get into the right hands? Is it even noticed?

I would much rather they just send our guys home where they belong, but I will hope & pray & believe-EVERYDAY!

same here wondering because i have signed one before that only requiered 5000 signatures and i dont know how many we need and whats the time frame for this petition to be turned into the right hands so something can be done already..

I am a student of life and I WILL LOVE TO HAVE information on how to sign the petition. I also researched online and see that only 6 states nationwide allow conjugal visits (California, New York, Mississippi, New Mexico, Conneticut and Washington) Unfortunately for me FEDERAL inmates in any state DO NOT HAVE ANY conjugal visits. If you want some real answers or consideration for your petitions you would have to make sure that you have political connections AND make sure that you get them to the Governors office for EACH independent that. Make sure that your signed a petition the pertains to your state and the state in which your loved one is incarsarated! If anyone gets anymore information...PLEASE let me know...how I miss his love soo and I wouldn't mind another child! LOL
