i was wondering if anyone knew a website i can go to for a prepaid account for my husband to call home. he has been calling with no problems then all the sudden some billing company decided to regulate how many times he can call even though my bill has never been behind with cox!!! anyway if someone knows how i can set up an account with these money hungry biiling people please let me know thanks

With CTI make sure you call between 8 & 8, their automated system does not work, so don't even mess with pressing buttons just wait about 2 minutes and it will transfer you to a customer service rep.

They are really quick and very easy to work with.!
