Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Hello All!
Please take a moment to welcome, with open arms, PWCIP's most recent addition to Staff in this forum!
Welcome, welcome Momma Ann!

Momma Ann has been an invaluable and dedicated member of PTO since December 2004.
Momma Ann is a parent of a beloved child incarcerated, as well as an expert on up and coming news regarding changes and related things in the NY forum, as well as staying atop of PWCIP issues.
If ever an issue is one she cannot completely comment on, she will go out of her way to find the info that could be of assistance.
She is a strong wonderful lady who can identify with all that you, as PWCIP, must face...as well as all of us involved in the system.
We are all quite fortunate, and very thankful, to have her here as Staff.
A BIG WELCOME and Thank You to Momma Ann!

Welcome, Mamma Ann. It is so good to know there are people actually running this show. To most of us PTO is our life line; the real world to us and we take for granted too often, if we think about it at all, all the wonderful hardworking folks who make this happen for us. I do have one question for you. Yesterday I went on PTO and somehow found a place to put notices for ride sharing etc. in Calif. Could you help me find it again?
