Smile Going back to school after almost 4 years!!!!

So after having my son i dropped out of school until things could get back on track!

Now call me crazy between my son , my man, and work, im going to school!! I am so excited to be working towards something better!! But since i pick nursing as my major, i have to take a lot of math courses!!

I never took any highschool math courses, i dropped out directly after middle school. In which case i barely took pre algebra!!

Does anyone know of a good tutor, books, or programs that helped them with math?
I really need more than a little help as im starting from scratch!

Thank You guys!!!

It depends on which type of school you are going to. Generally the state schools will have math labs in which they offer tutoring. If not, the textbooks generally have a corresponding website. Overall, I have found that I got by, with just asking my professor to explain whatever questions that I had. Good luck and great idea...going back to school

Good for you for going back to school. I did the same and am also in the medical field. And yes the algebra is rough but like everyone says the schools do have tutors. Keep up the good work. Im on my second semester and its great!

Pat on back for continuing your education and never get discouraged.
Check with your library, on-line for tutor help.
