hi ladies....

So I have been thinking about purchasing one of those local numbers thru these ads seen on the website. does anyone use ocs or ics, etc??

I have been told they are going to remove the cell phones from the inmates contact lists at my bf's prison.I thought about getting the calls forwarded to my cell phone...any ideas or suggestions???

I actually just did this cause we were paying a ridiculous amount per call. I tried ICS, but they couldn't find me a phone number. So right now I'm using Getconnectedus.com. They were really easy to use and very polite when I talked to the customer service people! It was pretty much taken care of within an hour! How they work is you get so many calls a month for whichever plan you pick..say 10 calls for $20 a month. You do still have to put money on your GTL account or whichever company you use though. And you have to set up the pre-pay account with the local number you get. They should explain all that though when you talk to someone. Hope this helps!

I use OCS. I am currently waiting on them to email me with a local number but I pay $24.50 a month for 300 minutes. Perfect for us since I work so much. It should last.

I've been using Prison Call Direct and i'm able to get the calls on my cell phone. Its a prepaid account and you're able to go online and view all your account info and calls made.

Yes phone forward service is basically call diverting service in which you can divert your call from one number to another number.If you are out of home and left cell at home.If diverter is on you call will forward to divert number
