I was feeling lonely

and missing my husband and father of our 5 children a great deal today. So... I just want to give a BIG HUG out to all those moms out there whose husbands and fathers to their children are not with them today.
My dear sweet husband always made an effort to help my children make this day a special day for me and I know he feels so badly that he can't be with us today
So, all you moms in the same boat out there... you are not alone! Love to you all!

Thanks, I hope you had a good mother's day! well... as good as possible under the circumstances. I spent a lot of the day angry about being alone... but it wasn't too bad of a day. My MIL took my 3 year old shopping to pick out some presents for me (she got me pink flowers, a pink windchime, a pink butterfly, and candy in a pink box for when I go potty - any guess what her favorite color is?). Then my FIL made dinner for us that night.
