My bf is in immigration jail. I went to walmart and got a verizon pre-paid when you have the phone set up..use the zip code of the jail. You still my have to set up an evercome account. But each call will not have a connection fee. I pay only .85 per call.

85 cent per call is little bit expensive why not you add his number in your favorites where from you can call him on very cheap rate.
