All I do is cry

I'm so sad. i lost my husban on 5-4-10 and by brother on 4-20-09 both where in pvsp. people should not be treated the way my loved ones where treated. i should of not been treated how i was treated. i miss them and all i can do is cry. I just want every one to make sure they have a roi for there loved one because if something go wrong you will need it. please keep me and mine in prayer and i pray your love ones make it home. take the time to visit and enjoy them why they are here. i visited every sat and sun and now i miss going so much. i wish i could just have one more vistit. one last kiss and hug. i cry too much

Jasmine, I am so sorry to hear of your lost love ones. It's hard to understand why we have to go through these things. Why the system is like it is. Making no since at all. But try to remember all the happy times you had with them. They arn't feeling any pain anymore and they wouldn't want you to either. Remember God Loves you and in him you can find relief from your heartache. I am praying for peace and comfort for you.

My husband died May 26th 2009 in a Texas prison... Im still crying ... have cried every day for a year now... I really thought in my heart he would come home. I know everyone has good intentions and prayer is power . I can feel it when people pray for me. This pain is like no other Iv ever had .... We have a bond and I know how you feel .... God give Peace to us both.

i try but it is so painful i dont think anyone can understand my pain i cry

thats a hard thing to do. i cry i cant seem to get up toooo much pain he was my life. my brother gave me to him when he passed away told him to take care of me and now i have noone i cry

please know that crying is the best you can do for yourself now. it is good you allow yourself to cry, so your feelings can flow. the situation cannot be changed, but it would be much worse you would hold all this back inside you.

take your time and your own rhythm. and I hope you have somebody to talk. share about all the good things of your loved ones and also about the injusties.... all this helps a lot.
we have a saying in German, which says the time heals wounds. it means we cannot heal a wound right now in this moment, it does not work with a cut in your finger, it either works with a cut in our soul! all needs time and care and patience!

and yes, I understand very well what you mean when you say you wished you would have had this one more visit!
