Parole consideration or rather lack of

Just wondering if anyone else has someone under old law that sees parole k/n/a earned release review commission.

I am frustrated by parole. The parole commissioner just has no common sense. If she did, there is no way she could come to the decision she has. But she seems more interested in looking back 25 years rather than looking at the person in front of her.

Any one that wants to share, I would appreciate it. I would like to get others ideas on how to get parole to do their job rather than just rubberstamping.
