Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

KYDOC: Inmate Visits Policies & Procedures

The inmate can request a visit form from their caseworker; Inmate has to sign it before sending it to you. Or, you can download the form, send it to your loved one to be signed and they can send it back to you to be filled out. DO NOT fill it out and send it to the inmate. Big no-no!! Once you've filled out the Visit Form, send it to the facility (not the inmate!)
