Default 3 Strikes?

I can't find the 3 strikes law. Maybe because I am beyond tired and my brain is not functioning. Am I correct in remembering that the 3rd strike is ANY felony conviction? I thought it was originally 3 strikes for the SAME felony, but I believe that was changed to 3 felony convictions? Any help here?

Thanks!

The Washington Legislature / RCW notes on 3 strike laws are HERE (if a generic page appears, type in "three strikes" in the search box.)
