Default Headlines News INSANE BUT TRUE: Rivals for affection of same prison inmate….

Feud between two women in Pontiac Michigan who claimed to love the same prison inmate has led to this tragedy of high speed chase, crash that critically injured one of the rivals, and killed her friend and left the second rival facing murder charges and endangering her 3 year old baby that was in the car with her. ALL THIS OVER SOMEONE that was playing them both!!! I am sock and don’t know what else to say.

My sympathies to the Albernathy family for their lost of the innocent lady that was kill in all this mess.

P.S. You can find more details if you google it.

I saw the article early this morning and could not believe it. It is sad that someone innocent had to lose their life over it! No man is worth this!

OK- Bad enough that a romantic mess got to the point of violence but how can anyone pull that kind of stunt with their toddler in the car?

I'm with you Lebeau...if two adults want to go after each other so be it. But these women put their friends and family in danger over it...one innocent woman lost her life over it. "Shocking" doesn't describe it...

The whole thing was just so stupid! We, on here, are always alerting the others to potential problems with "players" not to be mean but in some cases, as in this one, to see what road a situation like that can take. This does not mean we won't support you in your decision but to make you a little more aware.

These ladies went too far...and none of this can be corrected. Wonder if and how the guy feels??? Anything?

Prayers for the family of the young lady killed and for the child who was put in a traumatizing situation! Prayers and hugs of strength for those who are holding the carwash to help pay for a proper good bye to their loved one....I can almost see the tears mixed with the suds and the water as they do this.

Read this story last night and woke up thinking about it. I just feel so bad for the three year old. I hope she has a family member with some sense in their head who loves and wants her.

And what the heck is going on anyhow, have we now incarcerated so many young men and sent so many to war that we have depleted the ranks of available young men to the point that women are willing to kill for a little masculine attention? Geez Louise I can not understand what must have been motivating these women.

Yesterday, in the Oakland Press, they printed some excerpts from her Facebook page. They were barely intelligible. It's a sad, sad lifestyle for some young people around here.

This happened about 3 miles from my home. My son knows the brother of the girl that was killed. So senseless and horrifying.

The media needed to leave the mother of the accused alone. She did a lot of talking out of grief and shock - things that should have been best saved for legal counsel and the trial.

This system just eats you up alive, chews you up and spits you out.

Being the parent of a young man who intentionally crashed his car in a fuss over a girl, my heart goes out to the family of the 23yr old who will now be just like us, heartbroken and dealing with the justice system. They are also in my thoughts and prayers.
