We've been arguing the last couple of days even last night wasn't a good night when I spoke with him now I really don't know what to do Although he gets on my last nerve. That's my husband and I'm worried scared and sad that our last conversation was crap no I love yous just rude remarks

How I don't know if he has money if he has stamps envelopes I don't have a home phone I have a cell phone

If he's in NY, he is not going to be able to call your cell-you'll need a home phone-otherwise check the inmate locater and write him a letter.

how quickly does it take for them to process the inmate my husband just left this morning

i feel for you hun over 5mons ago i went to see my husband and was waiting for him to come sit down (behind glass of corse) and on the speeker they said the family of so and so i said ya they said he was sent up state last night i hadn't saw him or talked to him for several days before they took him, didn't even get to say good buy. not even knowing i wouldn't get to hear his voice agian for almost 4mons. i still haven't got to see him since they took him. so hun i can totaly feel for you!!!!!! hang in there it will be ok, i know all he can do is think about is when he can hear your voice and fight with you agian (lol) take care and God Bles you

I don't know if NY is the same as NM but here they get 2 envelopes and 2 pieces of paper, and are allowed 2 free stamps per week, so he should be able to at least write you soon

Check the NYS DOC inmate locator. He could get to where he is going in one day as reception usually isn't that far. He'll be there for awhile before they send him to his regular prison. He can get letters from you right away. You may want to put a few dollars on his books-include a money order with your letter and that way when he can get stamps and paper, he'll be able to buy it.

I found out where he is I'm sending that off in the am so glad to have found this site
