Default What are the chances of Interstate Compact from TX to FL?
My son is incarcerated in Texas and has no family there. His sister lives in Florida and is willing to have him live with hter. What do you think of the possibilities of him being accepted Florida? Is it a difficult state to be a parolee? I heard the recidivism rate is high in Florida.

did you ever get a response to this? Funny thing is I am in the same situation...sister of a TX inmate living in FL....

STAY OUT OF FLORIDA!!!! They violate for anything, knowing they will get money for prisoners. Go to Alabama, or anywhere else. This state sucks and I can't wait to get my hubby out of here.
