I would like to get a recent picture of my former boyfriend who is now on death row in Florida. He has my name tattooed on his arm from 12 years ago and he tells me he can send a picture. Does it cost money to send a picture? What type of pictures can they send? Thank you. Any information would be appreciated.

I don't know this for sure about Death Row but pictures cost $2.00 everywhere else if you get one during visitation. It's possible that he might have some pictures of himself from before he went in and they are allowed to send those out as well for just the cost of the stamp. I guess you could call the prison and ask. Surely someone there would know the answer. The pictures they can take during visitation are taken with a Kodak Easy Share camera so they can be printed right there. The inmate must be in full uniform although they can "strike a pose". I hope that helps a little.
