Arizona prison newbie release date questions

Okay so I am very very new to all this so bare with me!

My boyfriend has been locked up since october 31st 2010 he was at Durango until he got sentenced to prison december 13 2010. They said his release date would be 2/12/2011 but they also gave him 44 credit days so do those credit days go towards his release..like will he get released early..cause I also heard that they do 85% and then they get let out..It says his release date is 2/12/2011 but then they said he will get released on community supervision. I have been asking some people about it and they said since his sentence is so low and its his first time they usually let you out like 2 weeks after you get placed into a prison. Hes in Alhambra Reception area right now and should be moved within the next week to a prison.

ALSO I have another question..when he get released does he have to be released to his family or can I just pick him up..cause I know he is going to call me when he does get released cause we talked about it but I was wondering if they contact his family on him getting released or if he just calls when they let him go. ALSO do I need to bring him clothes or will they give him some??

I don't know very much about the release date stuff, so I'm not very much help there, plus I don't live in your state...so I really don't know how much help I can be..lol... however, when my friend got out of prison they handed him bus ticket money and he was on his way. He called us with some persons cell phone tell us where we could pick him up once his bus got into town. He left there in a sweat-shirt, and sweat-pants, so if you're going to be picking him up having normal clothes probably would be nice for him. Good luck

You can send a letter to Alhambra. As for pickup, I believe you can pick him up from the prison of release and yes, bring him his clothes. You will know more once he receives his release packet.

well he got sent to the Tucson prison..his supervised date to get out is fev 12th..but I have talked to some people and they said they will kick him out early..he has like 45 or 50 back credit days..so does that mean he will get out early?? and do they notify his parents or me when he is getting released? or does he just do it all on his own like making the phone calls and what not?

My son is still at Alhambra and he has 115 days credit. They put up the Sept date thus far. ( Im not sure it is right) I know he is a minimum and it is his first time too. So Im still confused on whats what hahahaha If Moms are suppose to know this stuff. I flunked
