Question More visits = Time going faster?

Ok.. so ladies, I've been thinking. I'm allowed 2 visits per month, but emotionally... it's so hard. I'm sad for a week after I visit, so I only go once a month. Time seems to drag between visits. I was wondering what you ladies have experienced with this? Do you think if I visit more often time would go faster? Emotionally will it get easier if I go more often? Time just seems to be at a stand still right now. I still have 2 weeks until my next visit. What do you guys think? More visits = Time going faster? I don't know if this makes any sense. lol. It makes sense in my head.

It makes sense. I personally think that visiting makes the time go by faster. It gives you something to look forward to. An insentive to get through the days.

AGREE I dunno what I would do if I couldnt visit once a week. Deffinatly take advantage of the visits you are allowed. They will make the time fly by cuz then you have something to look forward to.
I think I repeated everything she just said...so it must be right

Lol @ LadyBlackz! I think I will try to go twice a month for a trial period and see how it goes... For some reason I am not trusting my sanity on this one, lol.

For guys on the inside, visits can actually make time go by slower. It is hard to see your loved ones come, and then have to leave and you return to your cell. Time goes by faster when you can keep your mind in there, doing time. When we are reminded of the streets, it makes the time harder. Just my opinion based on personal experience.

I think it is a toss up and depends on the person. I imagine a lot of guys think like Thomas, just let them do what they need to do, but J says he wants me to visit more often. So I don't know. I know for me, if I could visit more often it would make things easier.

Hmmm... Well now I don't know what to do! Anyone else have any input? I guess I'll just ask him what will help him the most...

Communication is key. You both just need to discuss it and see what will work out the best for both of you.
