CCI Carpool / Ride Share

If you are trying to find a ride or if you have an empty seat and want company and/or help with costs, post in this thread..

Please include the following information -

Whether you have a vehicle or need a lift - If you need a lift, are you able to share the driving? (If you let someone else drive your car, there's nothing at all rude about asking to SEE their driver's license and if you'll be driving someone else's car, it's sensible to ask to see the insurance card.)

What area you're coming from (preferably at least the County)
When you usually leave and how long you generally stay - For example, if you drive all night and go directly to the prison or if you arrive Friday night and get a room.
Do you travel with children?
Are you a smoker or is it really important to you that your carpool pal NOT smoke?

Most other details should be exchanged via private message.

Here's an example:

Ride needed from Long Beach Area.
Licensed driver.
Can share gas costs, and maybe a room?
Prefer to go on Friday and stay until after Sunday visiting.
PM me if interested

Or

I drive from Ruverside County 2 times a month.
Would like to share the driving and gas costs.
Sorry, I can't accommodate children.
I smoke and play the stereo loud.
Usually leave after lunch on Friday and head back right after Sunday Visits.

Hi, Im Haley!

I am planning to drive from San Diego 2 times a month.
Would like to share the driving and gas costs.
Kids are fine, (I am a fulltime nanny to twins!) and even have carseats
I dont smoke.
I plan to visit both sat and sunday, but I start school Jan24th and only will be able to visit Sunday. Can drive up early sunday morning or saturday afternoon/night and share a room.

Hope I can find someone to drive with!

hi, I am looking to carpool from Stockton to CCI. I am non smoking, can share gas, driving and would not have kids. I can only do same day visit and driving cuz i would have to releave the babysitter at the end of the day. If anyone can do it, i'm looking to go the weekend of the 21st or the first weekend of February. thanks!!

Looking for someone to drive up to Tehachapi with from San Diego. I don't drive but i can help pay for gas/hotel. I will be traveling with my 11 month old daughter. Husband is level 4 so i don't know how much longer he will be at CCI but i'd like to visit as much as possible before he gets transfered. PM me if interested

Currently don't drive, but will pay for gas and split cost of hotel room.
I have a 2 year old little boy.
Can go friday through sunday... whatever works best for you.

Hello,

I have a car. I drive from Orange County to Tehachapi.
I usually go to visits on Sundays. My man is Level 4 so it would be an appointment visit.
I dont mind carpooling.
Would like to share the gas costs.

I drive to visit CCI every weekend. I'd like to find someone to split the costs with.
I have a van that is very roomy and can pick people up.
Both Singles or Family w/ Kids are fine
I Don't mind cigaretts with the windows down
no drugs please

Hi Lady"s my fiance is getting transfered to Tehachapi on wed/thursday of the 6&7 of july from North Kern State Prison. So he'll be doing the remainder of his time there, I just wanted to know if there's any one visiting from The Bay Area, It'll be my first time going to Tehachapi! kind of nervous. if anyone is interested let me know... i will be making my way all the way down to Tehachapi.

Hi people my name is Rosie i'm in need of a ride to Tehachapi State Prison where my husband is currtley doing time in the SHU i stay in Sylmar 818 area im off the 5-210-118-405 freeways i dont trip but i can and would love to help you out with gas i can only go on Sundays do to my job I have to make appointment to my him.....Im a very trustable person liek to talk open minded love to get to know new people so if you can help me out with a ride to see my baby it would really mean alot to me message me please..

Hi ladies. I love in Apple valley with no vehicle. I would love to find someone that I could ride share with to go see my hunney. He is in the shu so I can only go on saturdays or sundays. Ya'll know the drill lol. Well if we can work something out please email me
