Default Loss of Radio and Television Signals Since Move

Since the move from 32B to 29J last Thursday morning, inmates have been unable to receive radio or television signals, except for the occasional flicker.

Since family and friends have purchased these and they are items that are permitted, I would urge that everyone call the office of the Deputy Commissioner and insist this problem be resolved. They are aware of it and have indicated it would be addressed. It won't, unless we're very insistent.

This is causing added stress and discontent. With the move having been such a debacle, discouragement and short tempers continue to prevail.

Everything is difficult enough, without any additional misery being inflicted upon those who depend upon us for help.

That is VERY odd! The two units aren't very far from one another - certainly not enough to warrant a signal disruption.

I wonder if the Cell Phone Blockers are interfering with the signal?

I agree, it's really odd. Yet, this problem is presisting.

Upon telephoning, I'm simply being told they're aware of and will be repairing the problem. I have difficulty believing it, however.
