FRANKFORT — A state lawmaker wants Attorney General Jack Conway to investigate possible violations of Aramark Correctional Services' $12 million food service contract with the Kentucky Corrections Department.
Rep. Brent Yonts, D-Greenville, said Aramark broke the terms of the deal last year by refusing to provide cost-related records to state auditors who were conducting their own investigation of food served to inmates at Kentucky's 13 prisons.

I'm so glad Yonts isn't giving up! Its all about the money with the DOC. Aramark waters down stuff to make it go further....if they check how much is served vs how much is bought, they'll figure that out. All meat is either minced chicken "parts" or soy. Yuck!

i talked to him today and will be providiing a letter to him i recieved from the doc and i may be in frankfort this week to provide the written petion and online petiton i need letters from familys to give to him also by tommrrow night.
