I have been gone for a while but I am back again.. My fiance is currently in Hernando County jail. He was there 2 years ago and I never had as many issues as I am having now! First issue - the phone facility was changed from CBS/securus to IC Solutions. I never had a problem reducing my calling rate by adding a local phone# to CBS However I am having a hard time finding a calling # that I can add so that IC solutions will give me local rates.

1st # i set up an account under my home phone # was Intrastate rates (2.05 cost / 1.75 connect/30 cents 1st min. / 30 cents each additional minute) - i understand that because I am in a different county. so I got a local Brooksville # and set up a new account and the calls are still the same ! rate says intralocal..... AGGGHHH is there any way to find a number that is most definately local to hernando county jail or is IC solutions just going to always charge a ridiculous amount of money? Any help is appreciated...

I think I misunderstood what u were asking for when I originally posted....do u need the number to the county jail or are you looking for a cheaper way for him 2 call you??

I am using a company that assigns any phone number to your phone - you just tell them the city and the state that you need a number for...My fiance is in County jail in Brooksville, Florida - I have tried two brooksville phone #'s and they are still not local rates to the Hernando county jail... All i need is a local prefix - (the prefix is the first three #'s after the area code for those that dont know) So I need to know a specific prefix that would be local for Hernando county... Does that make a little more sense? I know it is confusing but I am determined to figure it out.
