Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Dccc -- commissary revenue

Could someone direct me to the appropriate source to locate the financial
distributions associated with Commissary Income. Trying to find out if
any revenue is allotted back to Center for use within the center. I know
of one facility that returned 15% back from Commissary Income to be
spent on items, programs, etc. used by inmates within the facility. There
was a 15% mark up on inventory to be sold in Commissary to inmates,
which was returned for inmate-related facility purchases. Are records
available regarding the existence of such a program at DCCC and if so,
a breakdown on income and expenditures ? Thanks for any help you
can give me.
