I have waited alllll week for that Beautiful knock on the door and it finally came TODAY!!!! My baby can come home here!!!! I can't wait til next week I'm calling the Parole Board every day starting Tuesday!!!! My baby is at the last step!!!! Now let's get a release date!!!!

Just before i got on here iwas just hinking about you. Im so happy for you. So what do we need to look foward to? Yay im on hold with the parole board now. Hoping for good news. Fingers crossed

Oh ya and you might can get his date faster by looking under parolees with your zip i notice they have ppl on there that they have not released yet

Release date!!! That should come sometime next week!!!! I will give them til Tuesday for the Parole board to have it back then I'm calling everyday!!!

No new is good news i guess. She say they yave not started his screening process. But i did fine out what it ment. Its basicly a background check make sure he has no warrents. Or is not wanted anywhere. That is what takes 30 - 90 days. She also said that his address would be verified at that time. She was great. She told me to call back and ask for her. I think its the same lady mrs mac working with. Sweet lady, she made my day. So what happen when they came out to verify your address

Good good good! Glad u got a nice one! Hopefully your boo will be home late April early May!

Anyway they asked were there weapons in the house, was it ok for him to live here, how many ppl will live in the house, any felons parolees in the house and explained that they can search at any time... Then he said when he isreleased here have him at his P.O within 24 hours and that was it... 5 Minutes...no looking around or nothing

Thanks this was very useful. I say that because when i ask questions i be wanting details. Lol seriously. But I just foundout had

a weed charge in nj from back in 2003. I swear my heart could have fell out on the floor. He went to court and was bonded out. I just dont know if there was something else that required or was that it. And he did not get a chance to explain, before i went off on him. Im just so sick of being with out him. The pressure is building up. And now i begining to STRESS. Hopefully is nothing or got lost. Crazy thing is when he was arrested in nj he had warrents for the bid doing now, and they released him knowing. Who know all i can do is pray. God knows whats right. Have a good weekend

Wow girl...well if there is anything it should show up in the NCIC Check that they do...call them and try to push them to make sure they do a GCIC & NCIC check like they suppose to AHEAD of time like ASAP

I'm pretty sure I responded to this but the PTO fairy must have stolen it lol...Make sure you press the PB to go and run a NCIC along with that GCIC to catch any detainers...its probably nothing to worry about tho! Stop stressing!!! Its no good! Call them Monday and see if they ran one...you can also call NJ warrant division probably their Sherriff dept. And see if he has warrants active

Congratulations. Did they call you first. My husband just got a tpm of June. He will be paroling to his brothers house because I'm out of state in graduate school. My brother in law just moved to a new address in the same county. Should I have him call the parole office to give them the new address or should we wait for them to call? All of his phone numbers are still the same.

@ lil i amgoing to call first thing monday morning im not going to call the parole to give them any red flags. It might not even show up. But im on nj first thing monday. Hope its just a fine. I spoke to him again today i got it wrong last night. He got out on bond but never went to court. Worst than i thought.

Thanks!!! They aren't going to call its an "unannounced" visit so they just pop up on you! And under NO circumstances should u wait because that will hold him up months!!!! Change it with everybody! Have him change it with his counselor then check behind the counselor but FIRST change it with the PB ASAP!

Uh oh

....was the reason he missed court his current incarceration? I sure hope so because then it may not result in a detainer otherwise that may be unavoidable!

CONGRATS SECRET!!! TOld u you had no worries!! WELL LADIES tomorrows monday! Jus know we all have a few weeks left to put up with these ppl and our men will be home, for Secret she has a few days! And dream Idk a warrant would come up way from NJ cus my man was living there and Boston b4 he got arrested and sent to ga, normally they do a statewide, things mustve changed eitha way I'm sure its fine thats not a violent crime, seems like everyones making progress but me

I have no new, news they just keep saying theyre waiting on some paperwork from his counselor I swear Macon sux! But again 2morrowz monday GOOD LUCK RIDERS!!

I live in a home so they didn't ask anybody else anything by reading some of these other post I think maybe they ask the leasing office if its a felon "ok" community but maybe not... Maybe u should call " anonymously" and ask them as if u are moving in or something....also he came @ 11:30

I think u are right we will all have our honeys soon!!! Tommorrow IS Monday new week new answers, new week closer to having our men home and being done with the GDC!!!!

Now ladies do you think I should call tomorrow or give it til Tuesday? I mean he came on Friday should I not expect them to have sent it Friday?

They were realy nice. They do have a warrant for him. I explained to the lady of his where abouts. And asked if there was something i can do. She said he would have to appear in court. So i ssked if they would come and get him upon him heing released she said no. But the state of ga would have to cal and make arrangments. But the fine is 250, Which one whould you prefer visa or master card? But idk if i should call the parole board or not?
