Poissible early Parole in Massachusetts?

Hi everyone, I am pretty new to this chat and I was wondering if anyone heard about the Early Parole policy for Massachusetts? I have been searching but haven't gotten too much information on it as to whether or not its even possible. My fiance is at NECC in West Concord for nonviolent/nondrug related crimes and we had heard there was a chance he could apply a third into his sentence. If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate any information.
