ECI mail

So I talked to my babe today & he said he hasn't gotten any of the mail I've sent him- but that today he got a catalog that he asked me to have sent. He just got there last week on Wednesday but I'm not sure why he got the catalog but none of the other mail I've sent him. (It has now been a week so I would think he would have gotten something at this point). I've sent like 5 or 6 things...I'm going to call tomorrow to the mail room but when looking through the older forums apparently there was an issue there with this before. Is this typical for ECI? How long does it normally take for them to get their mail? Any info would be helpful!! THANKS!!

was told to day for anyone needing info eci mail will be down til further notice! today was the last day for any incoming or out going mail.
