Default Are my letters going to be read?

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and new to the boyfriend in prison experience. It is my understanding that they do not read the letters between my boyfriend and I at the jail he is currently at, but when he gets to prison in the next few months, I am guessing they will be reading both mine and his mail. Is that correct? If so, what are you not allowed to write about, or what reasons would they have to refuse to accept a letter? I am trying to prepare myself for this experience, but I don't think I will ever truly be prepared...

I learned that NOTHING you write, send, or say is private. It can all be read, saved or recorded.

As I have been writing for years..... and had a couple of COs just know that there is most likely nothing you or him can say that they havent heard before...

and as stated as long as it nothing about escaping or planning something that is wrong, you should be OK!
