Bad decisions that led to an accident. Prior he had no offenses or criminal background. -__- we just want this to be over so we can move forward. :'(

My cowboy is in for stalking. His ex-wife filed a protection order in another county after she learned he was emailing another woman. He called her several times to try and reconcile. She turned him in every time. They even have recordings of when he called her at work and all the calls were compassionate "I'm sorry. Are you OK. Do you need money?" etc. But it still broke the restraining order. He had a prior felony conviction but suspended sentence from his first wife and daughter because his daughter took her baby and was hiding out from her husband at her mother's house. The daughter's husband was frantic looking for her, so my man called his ex to see if she was there, heard the baby, went over, barged in and dragged his daughter out and demanded she take the baby and return to her husband. His ex called the cops and he was arrested, convicted, and did 2 years probation. There were 2 weeks left on that probation when his second wife had him arrested by falsely accusing him of domestic violence. Those charges didn't stick but the stalking did because of the restraining order and number of times he called.
