What is your man in prison for?

Jay is in for aggravated assault. We were renting out a room in our home and our tenant came home cracked out. He was threatening to kill us and had a knife in his hand. My hubby grabbed a knife just in case. The tenant ran by my hubby to go upstairs to where I was and hubby grabbed him and the kid got slashed in the side with the knife. He called the cops himself and got sentenced to 2 years.

my husband is a identical twin, my husband was with his friend when he shot and kill someone, that got him accomplice to murder. then his twin decided to do a robbery on the side of the street in the middle of the day. it was video taped but since they are identical twins and they cant tell the difference he took the charge since he was going to prison anyways and didnt want his mom to lose 2 out of 3 of her kids. so from that he has 6 more years to serve out of a 10 year sentence.

For his plea bargain , the conspiracy got dropped , and 2 of the trafficking , he got sentenced 13 months , and has to serve 10. Canada is a lot easier on drug charges then the USA.

I was reading your guys posts and I can't believe how much time you get for drug charges there ! That's insane ! My mans bestfriend and him got arrested together , he had over 22 drug charges , second time being arrested for drugs and he got 3 years and only has to do two ! Your system is so harsh !

Yea my man got Max 3 years for drug possession 3rd degree his first time. Now He got 278 days for possession and now they are getting him for absconding and can revoke his parole

DV on me that caused GBI he was drunk an using drugs so was I we were only 18.... they gave him 5 years fucking crazy to me it doesn't fit the crime especially since I testified on his side. He'll be out 2015
