For his plea bargain , the conspiracy got dropped , and 2 of the trafficking , he got sentenced 13 months , and has to serve 10. Canada is a lot easier on drug charges then the USA.

Misconduct involving weapons and 2nd degree murder. Repeat offender. He's looking at 10 to 15 because he was driving the car that the person holding the murder weapon was in and unfortunately used as well. We are praying for 10 and he's already served 2 in county waiting and rotting away in the system pretty much for trial to begin. He's currently only serving 6 on the repeat offense weapon misconduct. He'll be serving his sentences concurrently after his sentencing for his 2nd degree charges. Praying for 10 so he'll be home in 8!!

My baby got violated with 3 counts. 1 was theft over 500, the other two were technicals... his mom lied and made police reports on him saying he hit her.. TWICE. so.... yeah. Some mother that is... RIGHT?! I go tuesday to plea on his behalf at his parole hearing... prayers, please?
