HE IS IN FOR BEING STUIPID, 3rd DUI AND A HIT & run while he was drunk. JUST PLAIN STUIPID!!! My sister says that prison was the best place for him for now before he hurt or killed someone or himself while driving. I often agree...he's alive and physically well....and sober!!!

Ugh. Mine is in for Assault with a deadly weapon. His mom's drunk ass boyfriend was beating on her and threatening to kill her and all that great stuff. Then he tried to make a move on my babe, who had a knife on him, they got into a fight and my boyfriend slashed a huge gap across his side. He got 3 years in prison and he's only 18. </3 I think that's just a shame.

Mines in on a probation violation....the county that was supervising him violated him for illegal drug use (original charge retail theft, dui, possession), so he got 11 1/2 -23 months for that, THEN the originial county decided to resentence him on the charges so he got 17 1/2 -35 months in the state prision, but RRRI witch will make it 13 months up state.,...were almost at the end of the county bid so were halfway there !!!!!

He in for misconduct involving a weapon.... He shot someone who was trying to kill him but because he was a felon and shouldn't have had a gun they charged him with that so basically he got 3-1/2 yrs for protecting himself...
