What is your man in prison for?

My boyfriend is in prison for general stupidity...a few years past his friend attempted to rob someone at gun point, my daughter's father was involved and ran from the police on top of it. Because of his long record he initially got 10 years, but served 4 1/2. He was sent back this month after two years free because of all the dirty urines. I don't think smoking a little herb is such a bad thing, as he hasn't committed a violent crime since coming out. I miss him.

my husband had his own business and got 5yrs. he got
in to truble with workers comp and EDD. out of the 5yrs
he is doing about 3 and has 1yr left. doing his time at a
fire camp helped alot on his out date. he also is 50yrs old
and has a spotless record. alot more people
do way worse crimes and less time. this punishment
is pretty harsh!!!!!

Mines in for vehicular homicide he ended up with 31 months but with time served and good time he will do 16 months.

Stupidity...Theft. He was doing drugs and was hangin out with the wrong people. He got 3 yrs at 1/2 time (so 18 months). He has 10 months left

Took the fall for his ex girlfriend, 8 year sentence at 21, emotional trauma of a minor (failure to corporate with an investigation, wouldn't tell then what she did). He did 5.5 was out for one, another 6 months for vop, he gets out in 1/6/11 and he is done with the doc in 2/2013. Almost there. Side note, she got family counseling and blamed him... Dumb b $&#@

of vehicle, violation of probation. Got a
2-6. He Has served 4 months so far and was denied shock incarceration. earliest release date April 2013.. But has a chance to be released december 2012 if he finishes his programs!

Possession of a narcotic with intent to sell. They gave him 15 yrs 8 suspended and 7 unsuspended. With 3 yrs probation. He goes back to court in March for a sentence modification. Hopefully he gets time served or lesser fine. He already did 16 months.
