Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Arkansas, not Alaska. Alaska as a state has never had a death penalty.

I just figured Alaska had added the DP because their legislature is always "studying" it. I was happy to find out they haven't.
