Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Default Act 94
Has anyone ever heard of act 94 where your minimum becomes your maximum?? My fiancè has asked me to get information on it and I can't find anything. Tonight he said a fellow inmate got paperwork on it. Anyone know anything about this?

Idk that's why I'm asking. I've looked it up and it does exist (act 94) but it says nothing about minimum/maximum sentences. Perhaps they got it mixed up with the new federal law?? Steven was told there was paperwork. Whether he has seen it is a different story... Sorry if I started a rumor. Was not my intention.

My boyfriend also asked me to look that up.....I couldn't find anything either!!

Really??? Steven said either act 94 or act 95. These acts exist but I can't find anything saying anything about sentencing. I know everyone is talking about the barber amendment and some other law on sentencing but I think that's only applicable to federal, not state. Wish I could find *something* on it!!
