Howdy Texans

Hope everyone's enjoying the holiday and let me share a tiny bit of mine: I made a Butterball Turkey

that was falling off the bone tender when I took it out the oven; it also fell off the platter....

Good thing there was only one witness; my 4y.o. grand daughter Chelsea and good thing I made two

of the exact same turkeys just in case so once I put the fallen bird

away and while Chelsea went to get something from my room I was able to substitute the other one and no one will ever know.

Oh my gosh

you had me thinking why would she cook two birds, then I thought, oh man good thing she made two.....then it hit me

I guess you don't get smart like that until your a grandma, give me a few more years, I'll catch up.
