Question about how they start process?

my man is going up for parole and things look good for him to be released... question..... he was born in mexico he has lived here in america since he was a baby but his mother never got him papers... he has a twin sister she is living here with no papers.. and his little brother got deported already and now its getting closer for him to get out.. he says he has a social security # i dont know how he got that but he says he has a social and they are not going to deport him.. but he never became a citizen here and he was born in mexico? will he be deported? i am down to move to mexico with him but its like i just need to know ahead of time. how does the parole process and the immigration work from the starting process

does he have an ICE hold on him?
has ICE visited him while he has been doing his time?
What was he convicted of?

having a social means nothing......if he did not go through the process of becoming a CITIZEN then he will always run the risk of being deported.

ICE dose not have a hold on him. he goes up for parole in sept of next year. he was in there for a violent crime. and no ICE has not visited him.. when will they do that after hw gets his date?
