Hello all! My mwi was sentenced to 70 years for robbery & homicide right after parole was abolished in Va so hes not eligible for parole. He has been n 15 yrs already. Just wondering if u all know of anything we could do to try an get a sentence reduction or ANYTHING. Your help would b greatly appreciated

Try the VA forum, they might know more about local laws that'll help you. Also, if you ask this kind of question, you may have to put up more info, or at least indicate that you'd be willing to say more in private message.

Realistically, you might be in this for the long haul. Unless something changes regarding parole.
