Default Parole board denies clemency

http://www.dispatch.com/content/stor...-clemency.html

Charles Lorraine, who stabbed to death an 80-year-old bedridden woman and her 77-year-old husband in Warren should not be spared from execution, the Ohio Parole Board said yesterday.
The board voted 8-0 to recommend to Gov. John Kasich that he not grant clemency for Lorraine, 45, of Trumbull County, who is scheduled to be executed Jan. 18.
While acknowledging Lorraine had a dysfunctional childhood and potentially has an organic brain disorder, the board said those circumstances “do not outweigh the aggravating factors in this case.
