A man who has spent 20 years in prison – for rapes that Cincinnati law students and others believe he did not commit – will be freed tonight, a federal judge has ruled.

And a Cincinnati city councilwoman, Laure Quinlivan, says she is driving to the London Correctional Institution, about 90 miles northeast of Cincinnati, to witness the release of Roger Dean Gillispie

That is fantastic. There is no way to compensate for his loss, but it is great to see this.

How awesome is that! If he is innocent; I hope he is able to stay out of prison. That would be horrible living half of your life behind prison for something you never did.
Happy his mother is still alive and was able to greet him home. I can only imagine how heart rendering the meeting was for them. Best wishes to all.
