Question How long did it take for your men to get outta Camp Hill

I was just wondering for all of you ladies who have had men in Camp Hill how long did it take for them to be transferred to their home jails??? I am just wondering because my man has been in there for well over a month and I was just wondering the average time it takes for them to move???

 Just curious thanks,

Default Getting out of Camp Hill

My husband was sent there December 2003 and was at his home prison Febuary 2nd. Do you know what level your man is. That can help you get info on what prisons he could possibly be sent to!

Default How long at camp hill

I'm not sure if they will tell you what level he is but its worth trying to call anyways. The worse they can say is that they can't tell you. Do you have the number? If not the number is 717-737-4531. Hopefully that helps! Good luck if you need any other info let me know. My husband is doing a 3-10 bid and he is a level 3 which is medium security, hes in Albion which is in Erie. Its not a bad place (for saying its a prison).

My SIL has been at Camp Hill since mid-February. He was finally classified last week as a Level 2. He told me he doesn't know when or where he will go, just that hopefully he will be able to call me to let me know so we don't waste time driving 2 hours to visit.

Grandma: They won't let him tell you when he is being transferred. Call the prison before you go and make sure he is still there.

J was there from July 22 to Sept. 25th.

They do say that it typically takes three months, but my boyfriend was there for four months before he moved.

my bro was in camp hill for almost 4 months .... until he asked his counselor if he's been classified ... he told him ..."yeah .. you have been for awhile ..." ..
about 2 - 3 weeks later .. he was transferred.
i know it's aggravating waiting for the transfer .... just keep an eye on the inmate locator .. that'll show you if he's been moved yet. cuz he wont be able to tell you .. nor will anyone else. they just up and move them.
