my 19 yr old son got charged with agg. robb. he got sentenced 8 yrs. this was his first time ever getting into trouble. He did 8 mths in bexar county jail and just recently got taken to garza west transfer facility.my question is if those 8 mths will be taken away from his sentence time?

1st degree robbery. 20 years. With his appeal he was able to give back 5 year. He has done almost 10 years already. Has less then 4 left. And we are PRAYING his appeal goes through soon and they let him out ASAP

Transportation of meth- 92 grams, felon with a firearm and prior charge..... 14 years. But at 50%...we have just under 14 months left to go.

My Jesse is in for probation violation. Basically didn't report. He ended up getting 30 months DOC but he will only be in DOC like 5 months, and was in county for 3 months. He gets out in August, then has another year probation.

My boyfriend was set up. Yes, he was caught with a substantial amount of cocaine, but the way they caught him was so dirty. He was sitting in his car about to be meet up wit this dude and out of nowhere the cops (who were not in uniform, in unidentified cars, & never identified themselves as the Police) ran up on his car with guns and shit. So my baby's first reaction was to pull off. Then when he saw cop cars he immediately stopped the car and surrender once he realized what was going on. Soon as he stopped his car and had his hands out of the window one of the dickhead cops crashed into his car and tried to say my boyfriend hit him. What an asshole. They had no warrant to search his car but took him into custody. It took these dumbass cops 6hours to get a search warrant to search his vehicle and when they did, they found the coke. The snitch who my boyfriend was supposed to be meeting set all this up. He made it seem like my boyfriend was some big ass kingpin when that guy sells more drugs than a little bit. Has been convicted of selling drugs and served prison time in the past and still to this day is a free man and continues to sell drugs. Perfect example of our bullshit justice system. So my boyfriend is now serving time in a NJ state Prison while this asshole is selling coke to high school students. My boyfriend had no priors. They hit him with a bunch of bullshit like eluding the scene. (when he surrendered as soon as he realized the idiots running up on him were police) possession. And assault of a police officer (when the fuck boy cop clearly ran into his car. Smh after $17,000 bail, $20,000 in lawyers...the fat ass Prosecutor of Camden County wouldn't budge with his sentence and he ended up with 42 months but will be in halfway house in 18. I'm so angry. I hope the State of New Jersey knows this shit ain't over. We will file appeals, after lawsuits against racist ass Vorhees cops, after more appeals. I dont give a shit if he winds up doing the whole 42 months I will fight for some kind of Justice for my boo. Sorry for Venting lol
